Delivery & Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return, Bridalknot offer a no quibble money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in it's original condition, unworn and with tags in tact and as new within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement or credit your account with a full refund for the price you have paid for the item. Please return in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return items below £50 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Bridalknot do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received. This should be taken up directly with Royal Mail.
Most of our orders will be dispatched within 3-8 working days. If the item is out of stock Bridal Knot will let you know by e-mail. If there is any delay in your order please contact us direct. If you wish to place an urgent order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure timescales can be meet. If a package has been returned to Bridal Knot because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package will be the customer's responsibility. Orders that include made to order and bespoke items will typically be dispatched once all items are in stock.
Once products have been dispatched in the UK, they normally arrive in 1 - 3 days and international orders can take 5- 10 days depending on customs. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier.
We send items worldwide - if your item is out of UK please choose the 'Worldwide Shipping Option' at checkout (11.99), this includes tracking and insurance.
Most parcels require a signature. If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days. Special Delivery and International Signed for items will be held for 3 weeks and if not picked up the package will be returned to Bridalknot.co.uk.
UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will be sent by First Class Recorded Royal Mail and will cost £4.99 or by special delivery £8.99
Republic of Ireland & Europe orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For and will be charged £12.99.
Worldwide - Royal Mail - priority handling with tracking number and will be sent for £11.99
Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier and not Bridal Knot as this is out of our control. It is up to the customer to make a claim to Royal Mail if there parcel is lost or damaged in the post.
